REPAY Adds AP Automation To Integration With Acumatica

Repay Holdings Corporation (REPAY), which offers technology for inbound and outbound payments, has integrated its vendor payments automation offering into Acumatica’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, according to a Tuesday (July 13) press release.

“With the expansion of accounts payable solutions to our existing integration with Acumatica, we continue our commitment to making transactions simpler for our customers, all while reducing costs and increasing revenue,” Darin Horrocks, SVP, B2B, REPAY, said in the release.

The expansion of REPAY’s link with Acumatica to include supplier payments will enable Acumatica’s users to tap into an in-depth “vendor enablement solution” equipped with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) payment automation functionalities.

Companies can make supplier payments with greater efficiency and transparency by simplifying outbound payments, while also conserving time and increasing profits, according to the announcement. Moreover, the solution lets companies tailor different controls and eliminate the need to provide suppliers with sensitive bank account or credit card information.

REPAY also said the solution allows for the “creation and approval of payment groups and invoicing,” in addition to reconciliation without intervention and tailored reporting inside Acumatica.

The news comes as REPAY has looped its AP automation offering into Sage 100. That service adds to the firm’s existing linkages with the Sage X3 and Sage 300 offerings. “With the addition of accounts payable solutions to our Sage 100 integration, we continue our commitment to reducing costs and optimizing the transaction process for businesses,” Horrocks said in a May announcement.

In June, REPAY announced that it acquired integrated accounts payable (AP) automation firm Kontrol Payables. “With their AP automation capabilities and supplier network, Kontrol is the perfect partner to grow our AP automation business and enhance our comprehensive B2B offering,” REPAY CEO John Morris said in a June statement. Kontrol works with clients in industries like construction, food production, software, manufacturing and education.
