ReverseLogix, Overhaul Partner on Returns Management for B2B Firms

Pandemic Boosts Demand For ‘Big Box’ Warehouses

Returns management system provider ReverseLogix and B2B supply chain platform Overhaul have partnered to provide B2B organizations with their complementary technologies.

When businesses deploy ReverseLogix’s returns management system coupled with Overhaul’s supply chain visibility and security solution, they can manage the entire returns lifecycle with real-time visibility, according to a Tuesday (Oct. 11) press release.

“Our partnership unlocks new opportunities for speed and cost-savings, making it easier to address the big challenges or fine-tune steps of returns management,” ReverseLogix CEO Gaurav Saran said in the release. “We are pleased to collaborate with Overhaul and give forward-thinking companies purpose-built solutions that can transform reverse logistics into a competitive advantage.”

For example, with these solutions, companies can address any issues and pinpoint ways to improve efficiency, according to the release.

While eCommerce has become the most effective sales channel for most B2B firms, its growth has led to larger volumes of product returns, the release stated, citing research by McKinsey.

That has increased the need for returns management, as has supply chain uncertainty and rising costs, per the release.

“Overhaul is proud to join forces with ReverseLogix to bring leading-edge technology to our customers,” Overhaul CEO Barry Conlon said in the release. “We share a vision to enable our customers with the most innovative and efficient technology on the market, and we are only made stronger through our partnerships.”

The announcement comes four months after ReverseLogix partnered with B2B reCommerce marketplace B-Stock to streamline the product return process.

In that partnership, B-Stock’s two-sided marketplace, which allows retailers and manufacturers to outsource their returns process to B-Stock and enables small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to bid on and buy inventory for their resale businesses, combined with ReverseLogix’s returns management software to optimize the entire returns process.
