thredUP, LG Aim To Help Consumers Clean Out Their Closets With Collab

thredUP, the clothing resale platform, will power an apparel clean out effort on behalf of LG home appliances through thredUP’s Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS). The new effort allows people to get rid of unwanted items from closets and provide those products with a “second life.” LG follows in the footsteps of other brands and merchants that use RaaS.

Walmart Grows Fashion Assortment By Teaming With Tween Brand Justice

Walmart announced that it will add the popular Justice brand collection of childrens’ clothing and accessories to about half of its U.S. stores and its website. Bluestar Alliance-owned Justice brings a back-to-school collection to the merchant that encompasses 140 items across so-called “tween fashion,” jewelry and accessories, and bedding and bath, among other categories.

Eddie Bauer Launches Outdoor Apparel And Gear Rental Program

Eddie Bauer said it is rolling out a new gear and clothing rental offering as an avenue to provide customers with the confidence and equipment they require to embrace the growing trend toward outdoor activities. Would-be adventurers can pick and choose a collection of items and have them delivered inside of the contiguous U.S. by FedEx.

David’s Bridal Loyalty Program Tops 500K Amidst Rebound In Weddings
