The Global Digital Shopping Index: United Kingdom Edition examines how consumers’ shopping habits and preferences in the country are shifting amid historic social and economic change. It reveals how merchants can develop digital strategies to navigate the shifting retail landscape in the U.K. The report, a PYMNTS and Cybersource collaboration, is based on a survey of 2,044 consumers and 561 merchants in the U.K. and is part of a larger series examining four key markets around the world.
