Not a surprise: Millennials and Gen Z use digital wallets more than their parents and grandparents. Maybe a surprise: Digital wallet users spend 31% more across all purchase types on average than nonusers. That’s what a new PYMNTS Intelligence survey of 2,501 consumers found when digging into how and why people use (or don’t use) digital wallets.
