Grubhub Loses Steam in This Month’s Aggregator Ranking

Top-ranking players hold their own as the lower ranks see some shakeup in the October edition of PYMNTS’ Provider Ranking of Aggregators.

The ranking leverages a proprietary combination of publicly available information as well as app usage data to which PYMNTS has access to evaluate which aggregators are performing the strongest and which have some catching up to do.

The Top 5

Once more, DoorDash remains at No. 1, maxing out with 100 points.

Plus, Uber Eats holds its No. 2 spot with 90 points, with Instacart again coming in at No. 3 with 84 points.

Just Eat rises one spot in the ranking to No. 4, even as its score holds steady at 80.

Zomato jumps several spots up to No. 5, where it had previously come in eighth place, with its score soaring to 79, up from 73.

The Top 10

Swiggy rises one spot to No. 6, as its score holds at 77.

Deliveroo is bumped down a spot to No. 7, at 75 points, where it is tied with Grubhub, which takes a tumble all the way down from fourth place. The former’s score falls four points from 79, and the latter’s plummets six points from 81.

Glovo rises one spot to No. 8, while its score remains at 72.

SkipTheDishes, previously down in eleventh place, makes it back into the top 10 ranking, rising to No. 9 with a score of 71.

Menulog once again closes out the ranking, scoring 68.
