Prof. (Dr.) Ritu Gupta is a Professor of Law at National Law University Delhi (NLUD) and has teaching experience of 21 years. She is Research Director of Centre for Business and Financial Laws (CBFL) at NLUD. Prior to joining NLU Delhi, she has taught at University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Dwarka, New Delhi and Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), Pitampura, New Delhi. Prof. Gupta specializes in Commercial and Business Laws like Law of Contract, Banking Law, Property Law and Competition Law. Her areas of interests include Legal Education and Research, Judicial Process, Interpretation of Statutes and Gender Justice.
