Shilpi Bhattacharya is a Professor of Law at Jindal Global Law School in India. She completed her Ph.D. titled ‘Competition Law and the Bounded Rationality of Firms’ from Erasmus University Rotterdam as part of the European Doctorate in Law and Economics. Prior to joining academia Shilpi practiced in the British law firm Linklaters. She also completed her LL.M. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and was admitted to practice law in New York. Shilpi completed her Bachelors degree in law from The WB National University of Juridical Sciences in India.
