HubEngage, Tango Card Collaborate On Gift Card Incentives For Enterprises

HubEngage, Tango Card Team On Gift Card Incentives

HubEngage and Tango Card announced Monday (Aug. 2) they are teaming up to provide present and future clients of both firms with access to a bolstered staffer communications platform coupled with automated fulfillment of a sizable gift card catalog, according to a press release emailed to PYMNTS.

HubEngage focuses on helping employers communicate with staff through various types of media, including videos and surveys. Tango Card, which has offered its services since 2009, has provided eCards for more than 3,000 enterprises that are its customers, the release stated.

“With the addition of a powerful integration with Tango Card, HubEngage’s customers will have the ability to seamlessly reward their employees with gift cards, all from one convenient platform,” the companies said in the release.

“This new strategic partnership with Tango Card allows us to offer even more value to our enterprise customers of all shapes and sizes with a complete end-to-end gift card incentive option for employees,” said HubEngage Senior Vice President of Engagement Yash Chitre in the release. “Our customers will now be able to complete their employee communications activities with a few simple clicks that will provide incentive and engagement for participation.”

Tango Card customers will be able to use HubEngage’s employee communications and engagement platform. Moreover, they can send Tango Cards directly from their own staffer communications channels.

In March, Tango Card collaborated with enterprise automation platform Workato to launch RG Integrate, which allows companies to link electronic gift cards with the systems they presently use without the need for programmers or programming resources, PYMNTS reported.

Customers can make automations on their own within Workato or work with Tango Card to provide an offering that links electronic gift cards with the firm’s current software programs.

“Many companies in this era of the virtual workplace recognize the importance of using digital rewards to engage employees and customers,” said Tango Card Director of Product Elliott White at the time. “We wanted to make it easier for those companies to automate reward delivery in the applications they’re already using.”
