The Subscription Commerce Conversion Index is a quarterly assessment of the subscription-based business marketplace. It ranks providers on a scale of zero to 100 based on 47 key features that include the time required to start a subscription and plan options. The Index also features input from more than 2,100 survey respondents subscribed to digital media and streaming services, including their plans to maintain or end their accounts.

- 7.3 percent: The share of streaming service subscribers who plan to end their accounts within a year
- 91.4: The highest individual merchant Index score measured in Q2 2019
