New data shows roughly half of patients who have to pay out-of-pocket medical costs don’t know if they have access to flexible payment options, representing a massive, missed opportunity for healthcare providers. In The Payment Cure, a PYMNTS and CareCredit collaboration, we surveyed 3,500 U.S. consumers to examine the relationship between the availability of payment plans, when patients are told they have access to them and provider loyalty
