Skrill To Purchase Paysafecard

UK’s digital wallet provider Skrill has agreed to purchase paysafecard, a European provider of payment processing services for EUR 140M. Skrill’s strategy is to be able to offer merchants and end users its prepaid and digital wallet services in 31 countries.
