Miller said in a Friday post on LinkedIn: “Happy to say that last July, after just 8 months of building, Rhythm was acquired by MoonPay. It was a crazy ride and an incredible effort by the entire team!”

MoonPay is a global FinTech company focused on moving value across fiat and digital assets. The company powers ramps, trading, commerce and stablecoin infrastructure by connecting traditional payment rails with blockchains, according to the press release.

Rhythm’s platform is designed to help users discover opportunities, execute trades and manage risks in fast-moving markets, the release said.

The company was the first recipient of an investment from MoonPay Labs, in 2025, per the release.

When announcing that investment, MoonPay said in a press release that Rhythm offers a trading experience that helps users discover tokens, track the market and act fast, without having to juggle multiple apps.

“Rhythm is one of the most complete answers we’ve seen to that challenge,” MoonPay said in the release. “It’s not just about surfacing alpha — it’s about helping users act on it with confidence, automate strategies and manage positions in real time.”

Rhythm integrates with MoonPay’s Top Up widget so that fiat onboarding is simple, per the release.

Over the past two years, MoonPay acquired Glide, a builder of technology that lets apps accept crypto deposits from any token, wallet, exchange or card, in July; Entendre, a maker of artificial intelligence accounting agents for stablecoin firms, in June; Dawn Labs, an applied research lab focused on AI and financial markets, in May; DFlow, a trading infrastructure platform on Solana, in May; Sodot, a management infrastructure company, in April; Meso, a payment infrastructure firm, in September 2025; Iron, an API-first stablecoin infrastructure platform, in March 2025; and Helio, a cryptocurrency payment processor, in January 2025.
