BioCash Links IDs With Bank Accounts In Rwanda

Mobile payments provider MobiCash and KCB Banj have announced the launch of a new product named BioCash. The product uses Rwanda’s national ID card as a bank account identifier to foster financial inclusion in the country. The service works with the TagPay platform
