Giesecke & Devrient Allow Customers To Top Up Using Paypal

Gieseck & Devrient, a German-based electronic payment services provider, is making plans to offer the Brazilian network operator Vivo with a new mobile service payment plan. Customers with prepaid accounts will be able to top up credit on their phones using PayPal, reported The Paypers.
