Ukash, PayPoint Penetrates Romanian Market

Ukash, a voucher-based prepaid services company, has teamed with PayPoint Romania, a retail-focused cash and mobile payment operator in Romania, to allow consumers in Romania to make online payments using cash, reports The Paypers. There are 7,000 Paypoint terminals in the country where Romanian consumers can purchase Ukash vouchers. Ukash is a simple process in which consumers can trade in cash to receive a voucher that has a unique code. This code is entered at the payment point during online transactions. There are several consumer markets around the world that accept Ukash vouchers.
