UniRush Taps Former NetSpend CEO As Its New Leader

    Savard previously served as director on the board, and later as CEO of FSV Payments. He earlier was CEO at NetSpend.

    Savard’s activities at UniRush since 2008 helped make him a top choice for the chief executive position, company co-founder Russell Simmons said in a press statement.

    “We are delighted to extend our relationship with Rick to include these crucial leadership roles,” he said. “We have worked with Rick off and on since 2008 and feel he has the experience and vision to take The RushCard franchise to the next level.”
