Setup Apple Pay and Tried at least once
The percentage of smartphone users who have ever tried Apple Pay has increased since its inception on Nov 14.
Apple Pay set up rate had been consistent at around 10% of smartphone users since March 2016 and jumped up in December 2017 to 12.8%.
The increase from 10.8% to 12.8% of smartphone users is not statistically significant.

Since October 2015, Apple pay was used for between 1.8% and 3.0% of transactions from smartphone users when visiting a store that accepts Apple Pay.
In December 2017, almost 3.0% of smartphone users actually used Apple Pay for the transaction surveyed.
The difference between the estimate of 2.5% in September 2017 and 3.0% in December 2017 is not statistically significantly.
