Salvatore Nava is a Partner at Lear since 2020, having joined as a Consultant in 2014.
He has assisted companies in proceedings before national and supra-national competition authorities for suspected breaches of competition law, including cartels, information exchanges, exclusionary abuses, excessive pricing. He has worked on several mergers, at all stages of the assessment: from the initial evaluation of expected antitrust risk to the identification of suitable remedies in phase II investigations.
