Upon his recent appointment as consumer financial chief, Richard Cordray is set to testify before a TARP subcommittee this week, according to a report by the Committee on Government Oversight & Reform.
The subcommittee, Financial Services and Bailouts of Public and Private Programs, has scheduled the hearing for Jan. 24 at 1:30 PM.
