Royal Bank of Scotland has apologized for its second mobile bank application glitch on May 24, reports This Is Money. This was the bank's second reported IT problem in less than two months. RBS and NatWest mobile bankers complained they weren't able to log onto their accounts via mobile application earlier that day. An estimated two million people use the bank's application, and the latest error led many angry customers to vent on social media site, Twitter.
RBS responded to the issue, but not enough to stop frustrated customers from continuing to complain online. The bank said they were looking into the problem and has no idea what happened.
