RIM has rebranded its “BlackBerry App World” store as just “BlackBerry World” in anticipation of its BlackBerry 10 launch.

    RIM has also added music and videos to the store, although access to such features may be limited in such regions.

    The decision to rebrand is similar to how Google dropped the word app from its mobile store last year, renaming itself Google Play, notes TechCrunch.
