TIM Begins NFC Pilot In Brazil

Brazilian mobile operator TIM has partnered with MasterCard,Banco Itaú, Redecard and Gemalto to start a mobile NFC trial in the country. As well as this pilot, the telco will be introducing a country-wide mPayments service, in partnership with MasterCard as state-owned bank, Caixa Economica Federal.
