U.A.E. Banks To Lose Customers In Coming Months

Bank customers in the U.A.E. are still not satisfied with current banking services, reported CPI Financial. Many U.A.E. financial institutions are said to be in jeopardy of losing customers because of less-than-satisfactory services and strategies.

The article stated one-in-10 customers within the U.A.E and in over 30 markets across the globe are expected to ditch current accounts and switch to a new bank within the next few months. One-in-consumers are still on the fence about making the switch.

U.A.E. customers reported many banks have improved customer services. However, they still expect additional services and enhanced personal experiences. Customers want to feel personally connected with banks.
