    What’s Hot, Toys ‘R’ Us turnaround strategy, TRU Transformation

    Toy store Toys ‘R’ Us, which lost $1 billion last year, reportedly is going through changes, focusing its turnaround strategy less on impressing kids and more on making the visits more appealing to parents.

    Included in the revamp, dubbed TRU Transformation, is an increased effort to have products in stock, uncluttered aisles and “fair” pricings, reports Retail Wire. Improved lighting, wider aisles and better signage also are planned.
