The new Mobile Sales Reports feature will be rolling out over the next few weeks for both iOS and Android versions of the PayPal Here app.

The new reports will let PayPal merchants see how much they sell over a certain time period, how they sell (sales using PayPal versus cash versus credit card), along with other metrics. The new feature comes after improvements to PayPal’s online business account experience, announced in June, which includes deeper transaction insights and data.

Specifically, the new reports will let merchants view and compare sales by time period (day, week, month, year or a custom range) to identify total sales, best-selling items and best performing employees; send summary reports quickly by email; print reports from a smartphone or tablet if it is connected to a printer; and export and download full reports of transaction histories, the company said.
