Nuvei and Holland Casino have extended their partnership to enable instant payouts to Dutch players.

The Canadian FinTech company and the Netherlands-based iGaming operator said in a Wednesday (Dec. 14) press release that they will now provide instant payouts to Dutch players at Holland Casino Online by integrating SEPA Instant Credit Transfer into its cashier.

“We have always been determined to offer Dutch players the best iGaming experience in the market, including superior deposit and payout experiences, which is why we chose to partner with Nuvei to launch our iGaming platform,” Holland Casino Online Manager Nicolas Fleiderman said in the release. “Being able to offer our players SEPA instant payouts via the same single integration with Nuvei strengthens our cashier proposition ever further.”

While players used to have to wait hours or even days for payout requests to be settled, Dutch players can now immediately access funds from their account via an instant bank transfer, according to the press release.

This enablement of instant payouts via SEPA is the latest upgrade Nuvei and Holland Casino Online have integrated into the operator’s cashier this year, after partnering earlier this year as Holland Casino Online launched in the newly regulated Dutch iGaming market, the release said.

“Giving players instant access to their funds once they request a payout is a critical element of a market-leading payments experience in the iGaming industry,” Nuvei President Yuval Ziv said in the release.

Once an afterthought, payments are now an experiential component of eCommerce that requires nuanced and data-driven care, Nuvei Chief Corporate Development Officer Neil Erlick told PYMNTS in an interview posted Monday (Dec. 12).

“We’re kind of seeing this shift, if you will, from our clients, from our merchants around the world, where they’re starting to appreciate the payment experience and the checkout experience and what that means to give them a competitive edge,” Erlick said when interviewed for PYMNTS’ “Executive Insight Series: Top of Mind.”

PYMNTS research has found that among the 170 million consumers who received at least one disbursement last year, nearly half would prefer to receive them instantly.

What’s more, 67% of consumers would be encouraged to keep doing business with senders who offered instant disbursements, according to the “Disbursements Satisfaction Report,” a PYMNTS and Ingo Money collaboration.
