How We Shop

The How We Shop: Winning The Digital-First Shopper, written by PYMNTS in collaboration with and supported by PayPal, examines how the demand for digital-first shopping and payment experiences is changing among consumers of various demographic groups. Our research is based on a census-balanced survey of 2,029 U.S. consumers about how their shopping habits have changed since the COVID-19 pandemic began and whether they plan to maintain the digital shopping habits they have acquired in the post-pandemic economy.
