The How We Will Pay 2020 study, a PYMNTS and Visa collaboration, analyzes how connected devices are turning consumers’ homes into digital commerce command centers, allowing them to seamlessly shop and pay and engage in digital-first experiences. The study is based on a survey of 9,587 American consumers and it takes an in-depth look at how consumers’ shopping habits have time-shifted over the past seven months, their interest in making purchases remotely and in stores, the types of devices they are using to shop and pay and their interest levels in trying new types of connected experiences.
