    Panaino, the former chief operating officer at Smartec Technologies, fills the role vacated by Anna Jones, the company’s current Vice President of Emerging Payments for MasterCard Worldwide across the MEA region. Panaino also claims 11 years of experience with Citigroup’s Global Transactions Services business.
