Fime, a subsidiary of France Telecom, has opened a new NFC-focused mobile technology test lab in Seoul, South Korea.
Fime’s new South Korean facility will add to a list of laboratories that already includes locations in France, Taiwan, Canada, India, and Dubai, a release says.

In announcing the lab’s opening, Fime General Manager Pascal Le Ray cited a study that estimated that 20 million Koreans would own an NFC-enabled mobile device by year’s end.
