European Bitcoin Exchange Secures PSP License

Bitcoin Central will become the first bitcoin exchange to receive a license to work with a bank. After months of hard lobbying and bargaining the European exchange has signed a partnership with Aqoba and Credit Mutuel Arkéa, which will allow it to work as a bank.
