Payvment, the social commerce platform that allows businesses to create storefronts on Facebook Pages with one-click ads and social media tools, has announced that it will shut down its Facebook commerce platform on March 1, 2013.
Tbe social commerce company will be directing its customers towards Ecwid, Payvment said in a blog post. The company will also suspend the ability to add new products, promotions, deals and Facebook ads, but will allow the editing of existing products until February 28.
Payvment will reimburse its Premium yearly subscribers on a prorated basis, but will not issue refunds to monthy subscribers.
