RBS Suffers Another ATM Outage

Royal Bank of Scotland has seen their second major ATM outage of the past 12 months, leaving RBS, Nat West Bank and Ulster Bank customers without ATM access for several hours last week.

    Customers were unable to use online or telephone services for the bank and some ATMs confiscated cards, according to ATM Marketplace. RBS has promised to recompense customers who were affected by the outage.
