    A standardized set of rules, designed by The Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, has been sent out across the EU according to The Paypers. This set of rules will aim to guide EU members and eliminate aggressive advertising online. Some of the provisions will include the banning of misleading consumers through false advertising and other fraudulent claims.
