Unicredit Bulbank Teams With Mellon Bulgaria For Queue Tech

UniCredit Bulbank, the largest bank in Bulgaria in assets, has picked Mellon Bulgaria, a technology solutions integrator, to execute the production and installment of a new queue management system, reports Finextra. The queue management system will include a ticket system that uses touch screens to provide instructions for customers when visiting service representatives at the bank. The tellers will be able to control and interact with the queue system, alerting it when they are available for the next customer. Part of Mellon’s participation will include integration of a content management system, allowing bank managers to see queue statuses on LCD screens.
