TrustRadius announced $5 million in new funding on July 15 to further develop its online user review platform for business software, TechCrunch reported. The Series A funding was provided by California-based venture capital firm Mayfield Fund.
TrustRadius said it would use the funding to expand its site’s content and features. Rajeev Batra, a partner at Mayfield Fund, which in the past few months has funded The Beer Cafe, NewsCred and Tempo Al, will join the startup’s board of directors.
