International payments service provider EVO Payments has announced that it acquired a perpetual software license from point-of-sale (POS) solution provider IP Commerce, a September 3 press release revealed.
“The software license allows EVO to expand its ability through its proprietary processing platforms to support the software community, including [POS], mobile, and eCommerce developers, with the tools necessary to develop a broader suite of multi-channel, multi-service solutions needed to serve EVO’s worldwide base of merchant customer,” the press release said.
