Western Union and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) announced the launch of the BBB Scam Stopper, a joint effort by the two organizations to reduce online rental scams, a September 4 press release revealed.
Western Union and the BBB are looking to raise consumer awareness of the dangers of exchanging financial information with apartment or home sellers who demonstrate warning behaviors.
