Partridges Expedites Checkout With Contactless Payments

Anderson Zaks, an omni-channel payments service provider, announced it has been picked by Partridges, a supermarket in London, to integrate its RedCard program. Partridges has five central London stores, all of which now have Anderson Zak’s payment solution.

    The new integrated EPOS system will allow the retailer to accept contactless payments at its outlets around Duke of York Square, its Food Market and its Café and Wine Bar.

    Ian Willard, a director at Partridges who lead the project stated, “The implementation has been well managed and we have been very happy with the service. The integrated system has solved the issues that we had, and we are now processing card payments in about half the time that it used to take. This has reduced queues and significantly improved customer satisfaction, which was the aim of the project.”
