San Francisco-based social networking giant Pinterest is helping retailers fight showrooming, a new report from Vision Critical has revealed.
The report revealed that 21 percent of Pinterest users reported purchasing an item in store after seeing it on the social networking site. Vision Critical labeled the phenomenon “reverse showrooming.”
