This conclusion was offered by a Forrester Research analyst at a recent conference hosted by Mobile Marketer. Denee Carrington, lead analyst for mobile payments and digital wallets at Forrester, estimated a 5 percent average growth rate in mobile payments between now and 2018, according to a Jan. 16 report from Mobile Commerce Daily.
