Andrew Sfekas has extensive experience with merger support, including all aspects of economic analysis and data production across the lifetime of a merger case. As a member of Cornerstone Research’s Applied Research Center, Dr. Sfekas leads and supports teams in all merger phases, including early evaluation, engagement with antitrust agencies, second requests, expert support in merger litigation, and trials.
