Helena Sandberg is a professor and chair of Media and communication studies (MCS), trained in the social sciences and the humanities. Her work is oriented towards interdisciplinarity and multi-methodological approaches, and she has been internationally active since her early postdoctoral years. 2019-2022 she served as a Professor at Halmstad University, School of Health and Welfare. She has a longstanding expertise in digital media, children and everyday life, as well as media and health.
