Massimo is head of the Technology Practice Group at Paradigma – Law & Strategy. Over the past 20 years, he has advised clients on technology-driven M&A as well as on a broad range of technology and complex commercial matters. Along with his partners at Paradigma - L&S, he regularly supports blockchain and crypto entrepreneurs to safely operate in Italy. Massimo has been lecturing and authoring international publications for over ten years on subjects at the forefront of tech law, such as Artificial Intelligence and Digital Finance. Massimo was educated in Italy and Spain, trained in Italy and New York City and practised law as a foreign lawyer in London.
