Dr. Miroslava Scholten is an Associate Professor of EU Law. Her research focuses on addressing the societal and academic challenge of how we could make better laws and policies in the EU. In 2016, she received a Veni grant to execute the project 'Shared enforcement but separated controls in the EU - how to make it work for democracy and the rule of law?'
