Ohio-based electronic payments processor Vantiv announced that former PayPal and Visa executive Daniela Mielke will join the company as its new chief strategy officer (CSO), a press released revealed on September 17.
Mielke most recently served as vice president of global strategy at PayPal, and began her career as senior vice president of global strategy at Visa.
“Vantiv is a company on the move, and I am pleased to be joining at such a unique time in its growth,” Mielke said in a September 17 statement. “They are at the vanguard of the payment processing industry, and I look forward to contributing to the next phase of the company’s history.”
