    Today alone there are three new developments from the online retail giant. In addition to Amazon Web Services launching its self-serve cloud-based contact center, AmazonFresh has enabled a pickup option for pre-selected grocery items.

    Amazon also announced its acquisition of Dubai-based online retailer Souq.com to further expand its offerings overseas.
