Wells Fargo is developing a vocal recognition system to be used with its digital banking platform.
While still in the experimental phase, the system would allow users to navigate the banking platform by using voice commands, The Charlotte Observer reported on Jan. 23.
Wells Fargo did not offer a timeline on release. Instead, it disclosed that the bank had begun testing the system last year internally and that it was making necessary changes to the software.
