The latest PYMNTS Provider Ranking of Mobile Order Ahead Apps gives us a good glimpse of what brands were riding the home delivery wave during the holidays.
Expect changes, because there are a few doozies in the new ranking.
The Top 5
So as to end the suspense, Domino’s gains a spot to become the new No. 1, while Starbucks likewise gains one spot to land at No. 2, with the mighty DUNKIN’ app falling two spots to No. 3.
A big change next as the Taco Bell app climbs three spots to be dubbed the new No. 4, with Chick-Fil-A taking No. 5 this month, completing a contentious Top 5.
The Top 10
As we move along, the Panera app is found at No. 6 for the latest Provider Ranking of Mobile Order Ahead Apps, with Pizza Hut another chart-climber, gaining three spots to land at No. 7.
Burger King dropped four spots from the previous Ranking to become the new No. 8, while Chipotle drops one spot but stays in the Top 10 at No. 9.
New at No. 10 this time out is the McDonald’s app taking No. 10, completing this Ranking.
